CANCELATION
All products you ordered from us can be canceled within 24 hours with free of charge, but orders canceled after that are subject to a handling fee equaling 50% of the item price. please send your order cancellations via email rather than social private chat, thanks for your cooperation.
PROCESING TIME & DELIVERY
Most items are made to order and made from scratch, the process takes 6-8 weeks before delivery. Processing/Making time may vary depending upon each individual item. Some might take longer than our average processing/Making time (6-8 weeks). Please order ahead if you have a set deadline. If you need in rush, please contact us to get a Limited Priority Slot with additional charge.
For delivery to Russia you must use the company address. Russia only allow packages sent to company addresses. And please remind yourself for the shipping time to Russia, the delivery time will be longer than other countries.
