By placing an order with Federline House, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding custom-made prop commissions:
1. Order Process ๐
- Orders can be placed through our website, Etsy, or social media by filling out the provided order form.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a production slot. The rest is due before shipping.
- We do not provide design draftsโeach piece is created based on your form and our artistic vision. ๐จ
2. Pricing & Payments ๐ณ
- Prices are based on materials, complexity, and labor for each piece.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer & PayPal.
- Rush orders are available for an additional fee. โก
3. Production & Timeline โณ
- Orders are fulfilled by monthly slotsโif you book a slot for early May, your prop starts production then.
- Typical production time: 1โ3 weeks.

4. Shipping & Delivery ๐ฆโ๏ธ
- We ship via DHL & EMS worldwide ๐, and JNE & Gojek locally ๐.
- Customers cover all shipping fees (including for repairs).
- All packages are tracked and insured for your peace of mind.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Repairs โ๐ง
- Cancellations accepted within 48 hours (2x24h) of order placement.
- After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
- No refunds for custom props once production starts.
- If needed, we offer repairs, but customers must cover all shipping costs.
6. Revisions ๐๏ธ
- Minor revisions (like small detail tweaks) are okay, free of charge.
- Major revisions (like structural changes) will require an additional fee and may extend production time.
7. Usage & Liability โ ๏ธ
- Props can be used for personal or commercial purposes (e.g., cosplay, film, theatre).
- Props are art objects, not toys. Handle with careโthey are not suitable for children or rough use.
8. Image Rights ๐ธ
- Federline House retains the right to photograph and share all completed props for our portfolio and social mediaโeven custom orders.
